Teen Flight Training in Los Angeles

Give your teen a head start most peers can only dream of. The Teen Flight Training Program at Los Angeles Flight School, Van Nuys (KVNY), takes young aviators through the full FAA Private Pilot syllabus in a safety-first, one-on-one environment — scheduled around school.

A licensed pilot before college

Teens can fly solo at 16 and earn their Private Pilot License at 17, able to carry friends and family the day they pass. A licensed teen pilot is a college application like no other. New to it all? Read our parent's guide to teen flight training.
