The Teen Flight Training Program at Los Angeles Flight School, Van Nuys Airport (KVNY), takes young aviators through the full FAA Private Pilot syllabus — teens can fly solo at 16 and earn their Private Pilot License at 17, able to carry friends and family the day they pass. Training is one-on-one with patient, FAA-certified instructors in a safety-first environment, scheduled around school seven days a week from 9 AM to 9 PM.
